In cooperation with the Forum publishing house, we introduced innovations in the Act on Provision of Information, especially to the state administration and municipal representatives. Because the obligation of public bodies to provide information to the applicant often conflicts with the obligation to protect personal data and privacy of individuals, our office members Eva Radová and Adam Novák also spoke about GDPR, publishing information on salaries of public administration employees or camera recordings from municipal councils.
