The labour market situation, the use of AI and the reform of education were the topics discussed by the participants of the Kostelec 2019 conference entitled “A Small Country, a Big Challenge: The Labour Revolution is Here. Do (not) worry!” Among the participants were, for example, economist and publicist Roman Chlupatý, Michal Musil, the director of Jan Palach grammar school, or Dalibor Kačmář, the director for Microsoft technology standards.
