Our colleague Jiří Gorčík once again contributed an article on the current amendment to the Labor Code to the Echo24 newspaper. These are mainly changes related to agreements on the performance of work and on work activities, clarifications in the area of compensation at the home office or the transfer of the burden of proof. The changes will also affect delivery, overtime in the healthcare sector or informing employees about the content of the employment relationship.
