Ivan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1997. In 2003 he defended his rigorous thesis and in 2008 his dissertation on commercial law. Ivan has been a lawyer since 2001 and has cooperated with leading Czech and international law firms during his legal practice. Ivan specialises in advising corporate clients on corporate law and transactional advice. He is the author or co-author of dozens of articles and three publications. From 2005 to 2012 he was a lecturer at the University of Economics and Management in Prague. He speaks fluently German and English.
