Team and Career

Eva completed her Master’s degree at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2002 and in 2004 she defended her rigorous thesis. She completed her five-year engineering studies at the Faculty of Operations and Economics of the Czech University of Agriculture in 2010. In 2014 she successfully completed a two-year course “Business Valuation” at the Institute of Asset Valuation at the University of Economics in Prague. She has been practicing law since 2002, first as an associate and later, since 2006, as an independent lawyer. In her practice, Eva has gained extensive experience mainly in employment law, health law, intellectual property law and personal data protection. In her work at Rada & Partner, she performs the tasks of a data protection officer. In addition to her law practice, she has worked and continues to work as a trainer for several training agencies. She is fluent in English.
