Team and Career

Eliška Domincová successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2014 and began working as a paralegal at Rada & Partner, where she had worked as a student since 2011. In the academic year 2012/2013 she studied at the University of Paris Panthéon Assas – Paris II, where she received a certificate in EU law. Since 2019 she has been working at Rada & Partner. Elishka practices in all areas of civil law. She specializes in administrative law, health law and intellectual property law. She also has extensive experience in personality protection litigation. She speaks fluently English and French.
