On 2 – 5 May 2024, the international conference of Law Exchange International, an international network of law firms of which our firm has been a member for many years, took place in Kuala Lumpur. Our colleague Tereza Koláříková attended the conference on behalf of our firm.

Participants could learn interesting information about the Malaysian market and investment opportunities, including tax implications, and a very topical lecture on the current phenomenon of sustainability (ESG) and the role of lawyers in this area.

Dr Bob Murray, an internationally renowned expert in strategy, leadership development and behaviour change, gave a very interesting talk on employee retention in the legal environment. A rich discussion followed, with individual members sharing their experiences and valuable advice.
