Administrative law – as a field of public law – is currently one of the most extensive areas of the Czech legislation in terms of the scope of legal relationships that it regulates. Attorneys of the Rada & Partner law office constantly improve their knowledge and skills in this field and can therefore offer quality legal advice including representation before administrative authorities and courts.
The regulations applicable in this area of public law include especially Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Code of Administrative Procedure, and Act No. 150/2002 Coll., the Code of Administrative Justice. The law office of Rada & Partner provides legal services that include representation of natural and legal persons in proceedings before administrative authorities and courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court, mainly in the following areas:
- construction law (spatial planning and construction proceedings)
- representation before authorities in matters related to health law and pharmaceutical legislation (e.g. proceedings on authorisation to provide medical services and proceedings before the State Institute for Drug Control)
